I’m Anneliek Peters, an IT engineer with over five years of experience designing, implementing, and maintaining complex hybrid infrastructures. I specialise in the Microsoft stack and have worked extensively in organisations with challenging hybrid and/or legacy environments. I’m known for optimising and automating processes within strict time, budget, and compliance constraints, and I’ve successfully delivered multiple large-scale migrations across both technical and operational domains. My strength lies in quickly understanding complex systems, recognising patterns, and translating them into pragmatic, sustainable solutions.

I enjoy working in small to medium-sized teams, where collaboration and ownership thrive, but I’m equally comfortable working independently or with globally distributed teams across time zones. I’m an open, positive person who values strong working relationships and takes the time to understand different perspectives.

Outside of work, I love spending time in nature, preferably with a sketchbook and pencil or camera. At home, you can usually find me in the kitchen cooking a nice meal or on the couch, knitting away at the pile of yarn next to me. I collect reference books for my personal library, enjoy finding new recipes and often search second-hand shops for rare treasures.
